Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best and cheapest car insurance co.

I have used this company many years as a car insurance provider, the service is great, my husband had named driver bonus straight away when he got his own car, trusted, reliable service, even they gave £25 payout to customers in lockdown time, no other insurance did that. Very professional and prompt service

Following a claim made during the COVID pandemic lock down, Admiral dealt with it very promptly and efficiently and allayed any concerns I had and provided a resolution within a couple of days. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Car insurance

Since I had started to have my car insurance with admiral, they have gone out of their way to help me, even when I changed my car within a few months of taking out policy.
