A positive refreshing experience for motor insurance!

Having had the misfortune of having to deal with numerous motor insurers over the years, it has been a pleasure to be with Admiral for the last 5 years. Competitive pricing and great customer service. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Fair price but jumps on renewal

Fair coverage and a competitive price at first, although this often jumps at renewal. This means that you'll have to phone up to barter them down to a better renewal quote, presuming that you find one elsewhere, which is annoying to have to do every year. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Fabulous

I have been insured with Admiral for a number of years now and never had an issue. Last year I forgot when my car insurance was due to an unexpected death in my family which had hit me hard. I was on auto renewal but my new quote was very high because I hadn't done the usually negotiations with an admiral agent over the phone. I rang up and was in a right state. The member of staff from Admiral calmed me down and listened to my story. She told me not to worry and would sort it out right away which she did and although I was 3 days late ringing up also did not charge me any admin fees. She then gave me her condolences and wished me well. She was so very sincere and this is just one of the reasons I would ever be reluctant to let Admiral go. They care so much when ever you speak to an employee, they are truly fabulous :) Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Best insurer I've ever had!

Good servive

My car insurance was going to expire and I received an email to renew it. So I started checking on compare the market and when I finally thought I found a cheaper deal, I phoned Admiral to cancel my contract. Admiral do the right thing!

I have been with Admiral for years and have always had honest advice and assistance. The multi car concept is fantastic and has saved my family hundreds over the years. The most remarkable redeeming feature however is the recent rebate all customers received due to covid 19 lockdown. Well done Admiral. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
