Best Insurance company I have dealt with

I have both my wife's and myself cars insured with Admiral, and I also have my home insurance with them. The price for that bundle is more than competitive but their are other factors. One, it is nice to have their newsletters sent and also their was something recent that surprised me. Due to the Corona Virus and less cars being on the road they refunded me £25 for my car and £25 for my wife's. Totally unnecessary on their part and totally unexpected on mine. It's good to deal with a company that doesn't just take your money and forget about you. p.s. -- bring back the parrot on the adverts. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Most of the time the Admiral representatives have been very helpful and understand our needs and helped us with our purchase of the insurance

Occasionally when we ring to discuss our products, ie adding more to our policy like extra car insurance or home insurance, the rep has not been able to understand and we had to over and over to explain our needs. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Looked after me and always friendly

Admiral has really looked after me over the years, especially during lockdown, as a nhs key worker they supported me to get my screen fixed and reimbursed the charge which really helped my family during this time.
