Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great for first time drivers

I'm a new driver and have been really impressed with Admiral, taking out a policy with them was quick and easy. I took out a policy with my provisional licence when learning and once I'd passed I updated my info which was easy to do. I also love that they gave all policy holders a £20 payout due to lockdown, a nice touch. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
