Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

So far so good !!

Only been with Admiral for just over a year but v impressed so far. I got a much better deal than anywhere else when I added a second car to the policy at renewal. I needed a new windscreen recently as I had a crack and much to my surprise I got a refund of my full payment because I was an essential worker ! I thought that was a v generous gesture. I will definitely consider them again for renewal depending on the quote obviously. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Professional team

Great prices

I found a great quote and got my car insurance with Admiral, a few days later I saw an even better quote with them, I spoke to their customer service team and they were quick to help me get this better quote and cancel my previous policy.
