Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Never had any issues

Choose Admiral every time

You can always rely on Admiral to help you with anything related to your policy and do not charge the extortionate rates for policy changes that I have experienced in the past (will never use Swinton again for this reason) The online facility is very quick and easy to use. I have also known other customers that have had claims resolved quickly and efficiently by Admiral. The refund that they issued to customers during lockdown highlights why they are a reputable company that favour ethics over profit which unfortunately can be rare with insurance companies.
