Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Helpful, courteous customer service

Having renewed my car insurance again this year with admiral they have provided another year of great service and ensured my policy was price matched against another. Each time I have contacted admiral I have been impressed with the helpful and friendly call advisors. They are more than happy to assist with anything they can and always fulfil requests very well. I was also pleased to receive money back due to the reduced use of my car during lockdown. A gesture of goodwill in a difficult time, it was much appreciated. Admiral have offered a great service at a competitive price over the past few years with changes of address, vehicles and surname.
