Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Rewarding & helpful

Very helpful

Best insurance around

The customer service team is absolutely amazing, they are professional, above adequate and solve any questions are answered in an in depth and fast manner. One of the lowest insurance quotes I get is off admiral, this is my second year with them, I can't find fault. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best value, reputable company after an accident increases your premium

Admiral offered me a great rate after I lost my old car in the February floods and I was greatly relieved to have secured a deal with such a well-known company. Also, they gave me money back during the lockdown because I had not used my car! The only reason I have not given the full number of stars is that I have really only been with them for a few months.
