Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

New Driver Freindly

This was my first policy for driving my own car taken out January this year. Whilst I have driven company vehicles I have never had my own policy. Admiral helped me through a flat battery fallout and a issue with an overheating engine in the first two months and have even refunded premiums for lesser milage due to Covid 19 Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service and great options for car insurance

I went with Admiral because they were the only car insurance I could find that would offer coverage for work purposes for both myself and my mother, but I would stay with them even if I didn't need that for their excellent service. Their advisors are knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, always trying to get the best deal. And buying both a car and home insurance policy has saved us money on both. Excellent in all ways!

During lockdown Admiral gave all those that Insured their car with them a £25.00 rebate due to everyone not being able to drive far. They did this without having to be asked I thought this was great and I’m not sure other car insurance providers did this without being asked. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
