Excellent in all ways!

During lockdown Admiral gave all those that Insured their car with them a £25.00 rebate due to everyone not being able to drive far. They did this without having to be asked I thought this was great and I’m not sure other car insurance providers did this without being asked. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A role model car insurance company

Admiral is a company that sets a leading example for others and has gone over and beyond to support and engage with its customers. The Coronavirus pandemic was unprecedented and Admiral was at the forefront of championing community efforts. An automatic £25 refund was given to car and van customers as part of a wider Coronavirus response. Moreover, Admiral supported the efforts of emergency services and NHS worker staff, as well as the wider community, by making policy changes for NHS and emergency service workers to make their life easier in the event of an accident and keep them on the road. A monthly newsletter from Admiral provides engaging and useful content for customers. This includes articles such as: "Are you unknowingly breaking the law when you're driving?," "Maintaining your car during the coronavirus lockdown" and "Coronavirus: How to clean and disinfect your car." The newsletter engages customers by providing information that is relevant, interesting and timely. Number 1 choice to insure with

Initially I changed to Admiral as they had the best price for my new car by £200. even after giving me the fairest price I have still been given some cash back during the corona virus pandemic. showing that they know people won't be earning as much as they are used to and that everything helps, it was a nice touch and will surely renew with them next year.
