Trustworthy

I haven’t had to claim, but I was impressed that Admiral offered a refund to all policyholders quite early into the pandemic. I was also pleased to get a renewal premium offer that was less than the previous year. Overall, I have the impression of a trustworthy, professional organisation. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Anyone I've spoken to has come across as being really genuine and nice. Love the ability to chat to someone online through text. Sometimes easier than calling especially if you are busy or at work.
