Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheapest around

I am a young driver and have been with Admiral For about 3 years now since passing my test. They have been the cheapest around every year by a long way compared to everyone else! I even got my parents to switch to admiral too for car insurance as a multi deal. Great customer service. Always quick to answer questions. A great company overall. Even got refunded money straight back into my account during lockdown just people weren’t using their cars as much, which was such a lovely thing to do. Excellent insurance provider

Excellent insurance policies, excellent customer services. First class service every time we need to contact them. My only gripe is the charge to change address, my son is at Uni and changes address every July, policy starts in March for all 3 cars, so extra charge every year, also it's dearer to do it on the phone, which is preferable, than online.
