Customer Service - Amazing

Out of all the different car insurance probides I have had, admiral by far stands above the rest. When dealing with a very difficult issue, the admiral insurance team guided me through everything to make sure it was resolved. Couldn't have asked for more. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A First Class Company

Admiral is the first of many Insurance Companies I have dealt with who has given a rebate, without asking for it when they know you have not been able to use the insurance you have paid for. I only wish some of the Travel Insurance Companies would follow their excellent example. I would certainly recommend them to my family and personal friends. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

An assurance just like others

Even thought the website is not too bad you cannot have your home insurance and car insurance in one place which means you have to call to up to renew them. Then they try to sneak in any cost they can, i.e. I changed my job title to Account manager instead of specialist, same job, same place, but they used it against me to charge me more as account manager apparently have more accident. Maybe it's true however it's true because they use their car for work while I don't... not difference in my driving! OR I changed car for a better and safer one (my old car was ready to end it's life), so they kindly charge me money just because they can and will at every corner they... They also usually try to sneakily make you pay more when you renew, if you don't call them up they will put the price up every so often even though you haven't done any claims. Quality cover with a great price

This year is the first time ive used admiral for my car. After my renewal came through I shopped around. Admiral was £305 cheaper than my renewal quote for exactly the same cover. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Helpful & Professional

I renewed my car insurance in May and decided to join Admiral. The process was quick and easy and the monthly cost also very low priced. Last month I bought a new car and had to change my insurance over. I began the process on the Admiral app, but when facing some difficulty I decided to phone them for support, the lady on the phone was very helpful with helping me switch my insurance over. The process was quick and she was very patient with me whilst I found out certain details I needed in order to change my insurance. Furthermore, she insisted that I be charged the cheaper administration fee as I had started the change online, with the administration fee over the phone costing £25, this helped me saved money. All in all, I would definitely recommend Admiral to anyone looking for a cost effective, helping insurance company to insure their car with. 10/10 customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
