Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent customer service

I’ve been with admiral for a few years now and my premium always decreases significantly. I’m really happy with their prices, always very low. They also have fab customer service through their online chat and they have always been able to help me really quickly, no being on hold over the phone! Also during the pandemic they refunded £25 to every customer which was such a nice and unexpected gesture. I don’t plan on leaving them and I’m very, very happy. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
