Efficient, Friendly, Socially Responsible

A fantastic personal, friendly and efficient service from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble- Admirable take the time to explain your policy do that you really understand what the different options and aspects of the cover are. The phone service, website and regular emails are so clear and easy to understand. They are super quick at responding and getting back to you. Everyone is friendly and they are obviously a company that is socially responsible, supporting its local community through numerous acts of social endeavour, and its customers through for example reimbursing money because we were all using our cars less during COVID-19. They weren’t asked or instructed to do this, they just thought that it was the fair thing to do. Awesome and I hope we will be customers for a long time to come. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent insurance providers

Excellent Service

Excellent service with a competitive renewal quote. No hassle auto renewal and even received £25 for not driving during government lockdown without having to apply. Can not fault the service provided. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great all-round value for money insurers

I already had car insurance with Admiral - because they had provided an excellent price on comparison sites - and did a price comparison for home insurance, with Admiral coming out on top. When I called to switch my home insurance to them, they offered to combine my house and car insurance with adjusted renewal dates that would match up at an even better deal than what I had seen online! Could not be more happy with admiral

Being a new driver I was so Un-educated on car insurance, gap insurance etc but admiral is so straight forward their app is brilliant as you can see when you’re next insurance payment comes out you’re account, updates on where you’ve been tells you the miles aswell! & also was the best rate for myself being a new driver my monthly insurance is very manageable each month with the best quote I found! Very much for their customer too due to the pandemic refunded myself & their other customers £25 Due to not driving as much at the beginning of the lockdown! Best insurance company i have been with in 30 years
