Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Efficient

I have been an Admiral customers years. They have always provided a great sevice wit me. Whether is over the telephone or online. During COVID-19 they even gave money back to their customers. Which was a really great incentive Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Exceptional customer service

Even during lock-down staff responded to my queries and were able to resolve my questions. Any changes to my policy over a number of years have been 100% accurate and staff have been exceptionally helpful. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Straightforward to deal with

As per usual my premiums ad gone up on my renewal notice. Shopped around and found more competitive rates. Discussed it with admiral and they matched it. They also gave us a refund during lockdown to reflect the decrease in risk. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I've never had any serious issued with Admiral and any minor issued have been dealt with quickly and efficiently after being raised. I have been with Admiral for over 2 years now and have no plans to change in the near future. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best ever insurance company

Competitive prices and great customer service

Great prices and the customer service team (whether it’s by phone, web chat or email) are always helpful. Slight issue with scrolling on the website on mobile but is only a minor thing. £25 refund from COVID was a great gesture. This company should be a model for customer service and product delivery! Always very helpful

Whenever I call for advice or need to make changes the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I changed my car recently and spent time discussing different options for changing my insurance and this was easier than I thought it would be and not too expensive! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
