Multi at great for Audi R8 and Ford Ka on same policy

Affordable and Good Customer Service

I started using Admiral with its Littlebox (telematics). It helped me to reduce my premium for the second year. So far, I have had good experiences with its customer service. They were willing to assist when I had a tight budget for my insurance renewal. During the lockdown period, Admiral gives a refund of £25. I was impressed. It showed that they are very reasonable and have their customers in mind. They have also introduced Admiral Rewards, a programme which helps insurers to support premium payment for the next period. Best qoute with being two year

Excellent customer care, great value

From the first point of contact last year, the customer care was excellent, the quotes were far better than our current provider, as was the cover, so we switched, which we have never done before. Then during Cov we received £50 back because we, and others, weren't using their cars - no prompting or calling, just excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great Insurance, Great Price, Great Service.

Really pleased that I changed to admiral about 3 years ago. We have multicar and home insurance. Cover is as good if not better in some aspects and the price is much cheaper. Good online service with both chat and website to update cover etc. Reduction given per vehicle as a result of Coronavirus and they proved themselves to be an ethical company with their donations during this period too. Great value and friendly service

Renewed my insurance with Admiral in July, saved £200 on the previous year’s premium. Call centre staff, who I believe are now working from home due to COVID-19 restrictions, were amazing. Spoke to a very friendly agent named Pashe, she walked me patiently through all my options and got me an extremely good value renewal quote. I’d previously heard about Admiral being one of the best insurers through chatting with my local garage, they weren’t wrong. Would not hesitate to recommend Admiral to friends and family in future.
