Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Impressed with lockdown refund

Brilliant provider

after spending many hours looking into diffrent insurance companys fo my third year of cover and being young having a lower proce to all other competetors was aamzing saving me nearly £600 from my previous year. have had no issues at all with admiral insurance and loved the little £25 rebate dureing the covid 19 pandemic. would highly recomend Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Decent insurance for first time driver

A couple years ago I passed my driving test, and obviously I wanted insurance for a new car. Admiral was the best price I could find, honestly it’s been great since. I even rented a rental car from them and the price was so low I was astonished. Every year my insurance has dropped lower and lower. I highly recommend their services. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
