Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Renewal insurance

Great customer service over the phone when I queried my renewal quote and managed to make some adjustments saving myself £400 for the year. Also was nice of the company to issue a money back scheme over COVID 19 months to help out all of its customers Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing service during covid

I have had to call Admiral a couple times during covid, and during this time the staff have remained helpful and friendly. Also on top of this there has been very little holding like other companies. They seemed to handle things very well. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great customer care and service

I was refunded £25 on my car insurance policy as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was also able to renew my policy in June, after searching other companies and they reduced the price of my renewal quote. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
