Great service at a good price

We had quite a complicated changeover of our family multicar policy but the staff managed it simply and without any problems. We even ended up with a cheaper policy. The staff were knowledgeable and explained everything well. The COVID 19 discounts were a nice bonus. We have not had to make a claim but I expect the same level of service if we do. The rates are very competitive and even after doing a search and finding a cheaper policy they matched the price without a quibble. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Good If you phone them

Always get the best price if you phone them, i have been with admiral for over 11 years now and every year i get my renewal through and it always goes up even though i have another years NCB added on and no claims made it still comes back between £150-200 more every year. So i have to phone them every year to get my price down which is annoying but there customer service is always good and i end up getting the best price to end up with again. Quality insurance

Admiral keeps you constantly up to date with what’s happening regarding your insurance and the roads in general. They have been great regarding the corona virus pandemic in giving customers a small refund on their annual insurance. What’s more, they send monthly newsletters with tips and general information which can be quite useful. Overall quite satisfied. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent Service,

I have been with Admiral for three years. I check my renewal quote, each year, against other insurers and was offered lower premiums. However, on checking in detail I found the excess payable to be different. On a like for like comparison Admiral were found to be as competitive.
