Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

One stop shop for different insurance needs

Friendly staff to advise as to tailoring your specific insurance needs to best effect from a value for money point of view. I particularly appreciated the Covid related part refund some months ago Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent Service,

I have been with Admiral for three years. I check my renewal quote, each year, against other insurers and was offered lower premiums. However, on checking in detail I found the excess payable to be different. On a like for like comparison Admiral were found to be as competitive. Great support

Communication from Admiral is top notch with their monthly newsletters. Their staff are friendly and helpful over the phone and they gave back money during the pandemic as a good will gesture, which puts them above the rest. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Like no other

Being the first U.K. company to automatically offer partial refunds to customers for lockdown speaks volumes, makes me trust them so much more and likely to recommend to others. They have also previously matched a renewal quote no questions asked. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
