Key worker

I have been really impressed with the steps Admiral took (before others) to support Key workers during the pandemic. I have spoken with customer services as I needed my windscreen replaced and they were brilliant. Couldn’t fault them so re-insuring with them again this year! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent customer service and value

Customers come first...

I was pleasantly surprised that over the COVID-19 lockdown, paid their existing car insurance customers £25, due to less accidents on the roads. It just goes to show that they care and appreciate their customers and that their profits aren’t at the forefront of their objectives. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great Customer Service

I have been with admiral for almost 3 years now and the service has always been great! As a young driver it is rare to get a fair price with good coverage from a trusted company, yet Admiral have consistently delivered a good price at renewals and the customer service agents have been super helpful. The £25 refund during Covid for not travelling was a bonus too! When my Dad had a heart attack, as a named driver on my policy we notified Admiral and they were more concerned about my Dads health than anything, which was super refreshing in todays world.
