Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Have already recommended Admiral to everyone!

I’ve been with Admiral for a little while and I’ve never had any issues. I love that they give you a way of getting rewards which contributes towards your next insurance payment and that I can earn them through pretty much everywhere that I shop online! I’ve already recommended Admiral to a lot of people and wouldn’t hesitate on recommending them to more people in future. From being the first major insurer to offer a refund due to the COVID lockdown to offering transparent communication, Admiral has provided accurate and timely information.
