Best Service You Can Get!

They have made the insurance cover simple to set up and easy to amend. Plus during this lockdown to help customers they have given customers money back showing that they do put their customers first. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fantastic service and so easy to use.

The online portal works seamlessly and is available at all hours! Makes things so quick and easy to view your documents and change your policy at your convenience. The online chat function is a fantastic service also and I found it extremely informative and helpful. I have been with Admiral for nearly 3 years and can't fault them in the slightest! 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to many more happy years with Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Extension of our family

Having our insurance with Admiral was the best decision we made. On the few occasions we needed to speak to an advisor it was so easy, friendly and informative. It was like having a conversation with a close family member. That's how we consider Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reasonable prices!

I have never needed to speak to anyone at Admiral

Not a lot to tell. They were cheaper than my previous insurers, very convenient online purchase, reduced price because it was combined with my home insurance. Never claimed, never spoken to anyone there. Nice-looking monthly newsletter e-mail. I wasn't impressed when they put up my daughter's insurance premiums by £200 when her car was hit from behind, somebody else's fault, no damage, she wasn't even claiming and just telling Admiral because insurers insist that you MUST tell them EVERYTHING. Shan't be buying again, I'm already looking on comparison sites. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
