Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very competitive rates

Shopping around for car insurance every year Admiral comes out the top for our motor insurance needs. Easy to use online service and very polite and helpful staff. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The insurance with the most.

I have been with admiral for the last 2 yrs. I am happy to say that I have not had to call on them for house or car insurance problems and I hope I never will. They took a bold step and gave everyone a rebate this yr because no one was using their vehicles. How many other insurance companies have done that? When I ring for renewals I must say the staff are always polite ready to have a chat and very helpful with my renewal. What more can I say 10 out of 10 Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A Socially Conscious Insurer

Insurance is a minefield. Car insurance can be frustrating. What I found with Admiral is a great premium, yet the level of aftercare exceeded my expectations and as such warrants loyalty. Contact was smooth, the agent I spoke to was well informed and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. There was no sales pitch just great service. Having been insured with Admiral for over 6 months, Corona Virus hit. With no prompting, having recognised the situation and that road users were to be spending more time at home, cars less time on the road, they decided to Edmund a portion of my monthly premium. A small gesture in the grand scheme of things. But one that was greatly appreciated and a lovely surprise. Admiral. I’m a very pleased customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
