Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great cover, great price

When I went to renew my car insurance my old company quoted £200 more despite having made no claims/changes. After shopping around I managed to get a much cheaper deal which included much more for the price with Admiral. Since joining, the services have been easy to access and I know where I stand completely. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy and great value
