Smoothest claims process ever

I was rear ended in September 2019. I called Admiral shortly after it happened and the entire process was so easy that I could not believe it. Car fixed, hire car provided, PI claim felt with, and it didn’t cost me a penny. All done and dusted by February 2020. I felt respected, valued and taken care of and I have never been so grateful. As a driver of cars and rider of motorcycles for more than 23 years across 2 countries, I’ve had my fair share of insurance brokers, policies and even hassle. Admiral has changed that - their product and their service are easy to access, very easy to understand and the online tools make managing my policy very simple. Accommodating and Value for Money!

Admiral matched the cheapest quote I had on a price comparison website and even went as far as to add in extras like roadside assistance (which the other quotes didn't have) for no extra cost! Perfect Insurance

I’ve had my license for a good few years but I got my first car about a year ago. Admiral was the best price for insurance as the rest where so expensive, and I’ve moved address a few times this year. Admiral make this so easy to change and do over the phone, I have no complaints. When I need to renew my insurance I will definitely be staying here, even my mum wants to join and we do multi car! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
