Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great company, very happy customer!

This is my 2nd year of being insured with Admiral, customer service is excellent. Hopefully in 4 months time when my renewal is due they are competitive enough for me to stay with them again! Very happy customer! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Direct human contact difficult

Pleased with my policies but, pursuing a recent enquiry, found it impossible to contact a human by phone eg 30 minute waits on dialling, failure to ring back after email undertaking to do so, no sensible response by email. I'm glad I wasn't trying to make a claim. Other companies do much better in these pandemic circumstances. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Incredible

Amazing customer service if you need to get hold of them, so quick and easy !! The best prices for car insurance I have ever come across. I have never had a problem! Their app is so easy to use and it’s great that you can access all personal documents on it and see your payment schedule!! love love love !!! Will never change my insurance company again ! Excellent customer services and prices

Excellent service

So far, so good. This my first year with Admiral, so I can’t tell much, but during this time they’ve been great. They have a great rewards app. During the lockdown, most cars in the UK weren’t use and they took that into consideration by refunding nearly a 10% of my contract.
