Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fantastic deal on my car insurance

Easy and hassle free

My experience with admiral has been a largely positive one. As a first time driver I have found them to be extremely hassle free and very informative about just what my insurance would cover. Renewal was easy and straight forward after my first year as well the the price still being competitive against other providers on the market. They have been more than supportive and informative during the current pandemic and I have every intention of remaining a loyal customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

How very fair

Delighted to receive an unsolicited refund of £25 per car due to the Covid19 virus meaning less car usage. Did not have to submit a claim and the money was paid directly into my account. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent value for miney

With having 5 to insure it was proving expensive but with the multi car deal it has helped us save a lot. We have one provisional driver and two under 25 drivers and the help and advice we got from Admiral was great. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fab company!!
