Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fair provider

Very impressed with the refund for not using th car in lockdown. Very easy to change details online, charges for this could be cheaper in my opinion. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant and fair

Good policy

Good price, good policy, I love the fact I get newsletters. Didn’t get that when I was Hastings! Get to speak to a fellow welshy when on the phone as well, that’s a bonus ! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good friendly service

Although fortunately I have not had to make a claim, I have on occasion needed help from Admiral call centre. e.g I needed to add my grandson to my car insurance, I had a problem accessing my documents, both of which we did on the phone instantly. Each year at Renewal of my car/house policy, there has always been a helpful adviser to negotiate with, which is why I am still with Admiral. Excellent service

I like admiral car insurance so much that I stay another year
