Good service

At renewal time I phoned and said I had more competitive quote. They then reduced my renewal premium to actually less and very close to last year's premium. Nice to talk to someone who sounds like they are glad to help. First, and maybe only, insurance company to give money back during pandemic. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
