Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant customer service and good money saving deals

Admiral introduced us to their Multi Car policy which has saved us money and also consolidated our household car insurance for 2 cars. Everything was clearly explained and we received the relevant paperwork swiftly in the post. Would highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 13th July 2020

Best value large brand

In my experience I have found Admiral to consistently offer the cheapest premium out of the main large insurance companies. Only once in the previous 15 years during renewal time, did i find cheaper insurance elsewhere, which Admiral ended up price matching for me. Reviewed on: 11th July 2020

VERY BAD SERVICE. - THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU AFTER YOUR INSURANCE HAS ENDED

Gladiator will auto renew without your permission - beware. We paid for our insurance in full - no claims during the period of cover. They then tried to auto renew and were un successful. After the third time of trying to take money without permission they " cancelled " the renewed insurance that we hadn't even asked for and sent us a cancellation charge. Currently the matter is with the ombudsman as it's no more than a bully tactic . Happy to take Admiral to the small claims court and let others know on social media that they are not to be trusted . The renewal increased double!

The renewal increased double. The reason behind was even my driving year was good the other drivers with similar car got fined and so on. I have never heard the most ridiculous nonsense in my life. It’s like some sort of collective driving now? And that i need to pay for other drivers failures? No! Ripoffs to say the least! Definitely not gonna recommend to my family and friends. Admiral is brilliant
