Good value for money!

Helpful, open and honest provider

I started my car insurance with admiral just one month before I am due to relocate. Once I have moved I notified Admiral the change of address and they refunded me part of the premium - the lower price I should be paying for my new address. I really appreciate this honestly and that makes staying with Admiral an obviously choice when I have to insure my new home and my second car. Not to mention on the customer hotline their staff is always friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Expensive but with good perks

Even after shopping around for the best car insurance deal, I found admiral to be the cheapest and even they had doubled my car insurance on the previous year's total. Given that I have had no accidents, incidents or convictions in the previous year, I can only assume that this spike is down to the change in insurance premiums for under 25's (I am 24) so was quite disappointed with that. However, I did find the silver lining of the cloud when I added my partner onto the same policy with Admiral multicar. The customer service was very helpful in allowing me to add her and the cost of the addition was far lower than expected. Overall I am quite happy with the service I have been provided by Admiral, however disappointed by the price I was offered probably due to my age. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

The understanding company

I had a accident With my car, I was scared worried and did know what to do but as soon as I called my ensuring they put my mind at rest and took control of the Situation I felt like they were generally worried about me and .
