Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great First Time Insurance

I was anxious about the cost of insurance as a young, first time driver. Admiral was cheaper than its competitors, even without a black box. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great Insurance company

Had an RTA 5 weeks ago. Not my fault & my insurance company has handled it very well & got my car sorted & still fighting the 3rd party claims head on with no issues to me. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Good Insurance Company

Reliable and cheap.
