Great Customer Service

Phoned up customer service in order to obtain insurance as the price I was seeing online was wildly different to a quote I had received a few days previous. Not only was the lady on the phone able to secure me my original quote, she was very helpful when I didn’t have all the required information to hand about my named drivers. She phoned me back later in the day at the time we had agreed (which is in my experience rare). Very happy with the service I have received. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Personable, contactable and understandable

Going into the world of car insurance for my partner and I. It was our first car ever, we didn’t really know which cover to go for. When comparing multiple car insurers; admiral weren’t just the cheapest - their customer service was far superior. We had a lot of questions which they answered every one plainly and in a friendly manner. I feel with absolute certainty we chose the right insurer for what we needed. Amazing service

Always answer the phone with limited hold times. I accidentally chose the wrong start date on the policy but Admiral were very helpful and amended without any penalty charges at all. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
