Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always lower premiums!

Every year Admiral are able to reduce my premium when I give them a call, which is always easy and friendly! Last year I was also able to start a multi-car deal with my girlfriend even though we had different renewal dates so hopefully renewal next year will be much easier. Renewing Car insurance is always an unwanted time of year but Admiral make it as painless as possible. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Cant thank admiral enough!!

Ive been with AXA for the past 3 years and in that time have had nothing but poor communications and been chaged 7.5 thousand pounds for 3 years insurance as a young driver... that is disgusting! Coming to admiral they are so so helpful!! And the plus side they are based in llamsamlet 20 minutes from my house so know the roads and streets you talk about if you have an accident! The staff are nothing but helpful and very clear and they all are so so lovely it’s amazing what good customer service can achieve! Not to mention my now reduced (by £1,100) quote for car insurance!
