Helpful staff

I recently changed my car so needed to update my policy. Purchasing my new car turned out to be full of problems, so I had to delay the change in my policy. When I phoned - both times - the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the switch as stress free as it could possibly be. They were very reassuring and efficient.
