Customer care and service

Admiral really care about their customers and make it easy for you to not only get in touch but to obtain professional support and advice. The fact they gave money back to customers during covid because they hadn't paid out as many claims was such a lovely gesture also. They also offer admiral rewards which is fantastic. Fantastic service

Always receive competitive renewals and never have any hassle even though I frequently renew my vehicles prompting mid-term adjustments...slick Web portal to make changes with an easy to use app and a great customer service team to sit behind it all when the website isn't quite enough for what you need.
