Fantastic

2nd year running with admiral, renewed with them in the end as they beat any quote I could find on comparison sites :) easy use of online account to get documents! Friendly call centre staff when you need them! The only car insurance that I have ever had that has lowered the cost on the renewal, and then lowered it further when contacted :) brilliant! Decent customer service, but poor availability of information

I have had a few quotes for new cars, very fast in recieving those. But for some reason, then don't just send me my policy documents. It's all online through a portal that can be very confusing to use. And there is no app for easy access.
