Happy with cover

Cheapest deal found

Gave me a cheap deal for a new car which I was impressed with, but wasn’t happy when I was charged £80 for them discovering I had made a claim before that wasn’t my fault, nor cost my insurance company anything. Was reduced to a £40 ‘admin’ fee which was still ridiculous! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Good service

Admiral provided me with a good service when requiring a quote they emailed it to me straightaway and rectified any Incorrect details. However once I purchased the quote, a couple of months after. I received a letter that they will be charging me more due to a mistake they made. I contacted the customer service representative and explained the situation and they apologised for their mistakes and returned me to my original charge. I been with them for a couple of years but this is the only time this has happened. At least they nip it in the bud as quickly as possible Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Good value efficient customer service.

I never had to make a claim, but in all my dealings with Admiral they were very efficient updating or changing my policy. Premium does increase in second year above competition however a simple call before renewal saying I found a better deal elsewhere and they nearly matched the best quote online and last time they even undercut the next best premium by £50!
