Decent customer service, but poor availability of information

I have had a few quotes for new cars, very fast in recieving those. But for some reason, then don't just send me my policy documents. It's all online through a portal that can be very confusing to use. And there is no app for easy access. Excellent customer service

Got my first ever car earlier this year and was looking round for insurance,found admiral customer service far beyond all the other companies I had dealings with. Great company
