Quality customer experience

I originally went to Admiral for competitive price but they have been helpful in other areas too. A stonechipped windscreen claim was processed in a couple of days and I was able to negotiate some savings when I moved to multicar insurance. If I were to have any criticisms it would be that the phone number could be clearer on the website and when I do call the hold times could be shorter. Also I think charges to adjust minor things on a policy (like a birth date a sales rep entered incorrectly) should not have a fee - especially as I can change there in seconds myself online. Straightforward Insurance

Have been a customer many times over the years and never had any issues. Helpful staff and pretty quick call centre waiting times make them one of the top insurers. Multi car discount has also saved us a good bit of money. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
