Very Good Customer Service

Multi car saves a lot of money

Very helpful staff, getting both cars onto one policy did require a bit of juggling, because of the start dates being different. I had several queries on the cover, which ended up cheaper and better than before. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2018

Overpriced and awful customer service

I had to complain multiple times as they decided to charge me an extra £400 in the middle of my policy as they decided they thought I would go over my mileage. This never happened and I am still 3000 miles below my allowance and my policy runs out in 5 days! It was a nightmare trying to fight to get my money back and I had to jump through hoops. Good service year round until the renewal date then they quoted a ridiculous price which was over £300 more than the previous insurance despite having a no claims bonus and no previous incidents. Upon pointing out that this was too high, they only reduced it by £120 Reviewed on: 18th July 2018
