Three years with Admiral car insurance

Admiral have consistently been the best and cheapest provider for me for three years now. I always do all the usual comparison sites but I have not got it any cheaper. Their website is easy to use compared to some. It is very explanatory showing details of what is included in the price. I purchase my breakdown cover, at a good rate, from them too. This saves me having to get it separately. I have used their customer service line when I have wanted to add a driver or just ask questions about my cover. They have always been very helpful and polite. Overall, car insurance with Admiral has always been a ver good experience. Reviewed on: 4th September 2017

A* for Admiral

I find Admiral a quick and easy online service to use. I have been with them for the 15 years I have been driving and would not consider any other insurance company as they are reliable and by far the cheapest! Reviewed on: 1st September 2017

Trouble free

I've not had much to do with my insurance company, and that's a good thing! Most of my contact has been done via email and I've had no useless paper documents sent through. so yes very happy Reviewed on: 25th August 2017

Great support bad result

My car was written off while parked outside my house. Admiral refused to pay out without deducting my excess as the driver refused to sight off his liability. Admiral did try to help bhut eventually told me the other insurer would pay out directly and to close the claim and discuss with them. This was grossly inaccurate and meant I never received my claim. I'm still considering filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017

Been with them years

A great multi car policy who will negiotate your renewal fee to keep your business. Made an error on renewal by not quoting my previous negiotated lower figure but they wrote and apologised. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
