Great Car Insurance

Really like Admiral Car Insurance, great service. However, prices for new mature drivers are still high (more than many can afford even with a part time job). Reviewed on: 19th August 2017

Expensive!!!!!!!

Very expensive for old cars?! I just feel like even with a black box everything is just so pricey and they never want to help bring the price down. An "it is what it is" attitude. Sad really because it has a lot of potential. Hope to see an improvement in the future. Reviewed on: 16th August 2017

Excellent service

Cannot beat the service from these guys, always very helpful and defiantly best value for money (although it's best to call to make sure you get the best deal... but when you do call, the cost can't be beat!) Reviewed on: 16th August 2017

Good service reasonable price

Not sure about some of the deals and I do have to move brand within Admiral sometimes to get the best deal, but a great insurance company with great customer service. Reviewed on: 14th August 2017

Friendly, helpful and with products that really fitted my needs.

Like a lot of things in life, when I look for insurance I want it to suit my specific needs rather then my having to fit around a companies their products. When my son was practicing for his drivers test I only wanted limited provisional drivers insurance as he was hoping to pass his test within weeks. My original provider only offered a entire year policy rather than month by month. No good for me. I shopped around and was very pleased to learn Admiral offered weekly, monthly and even daily coverage for learner drivers. Just what I needed! The customer service advisor was also very helpful - I thought I would have to pay for immediate cover but made sure the payment only came out after my current policy expired (which meant not going into my overdraft). It was that attention to detail that I found very helpful and reassuring and which is why I will continue to get my insurance from Admiral. Reviewed on: 12th August 2017

Watch out for expensive rollover!

EXCELLENT SERVICE

ADMIRAL WERE THE CHEAPEST WHEN I GOT MY CAR INSURANCE BUT THEY HAVE OFFERED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I'VE HAD TO PHONE THEM. I'VE NEVER HAD TO MAKE A CLAIM BUT I'M VERY HAPPY SO FAR. Reviewed on: 4th August 2017
