A Breeze

Absolutely fabulous, recommended highly.

I absolutely adore Admiral car insurance, they're easy to communicate with, they offer an amazing package and cover. Their customer service is out of this world, they're so friendly and prompt with communication. They're reasonably priced and offer a wide range of add ons that come in handy when purchasing insurance. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they make it so easy to be a customer with them, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Admiral are a very reputable company and they're so easily found on car insurance websites, it's easy to search for the best deals and the policies are simple to understand. Whenever I have communicated with Admiral, they've always been efficient in dealing with my query, promptly and politely. They also offer a wide range of methods of communications to suit all aspects of different life. Good but changed to much the next year

I really like admiral for the year I used them really easy to do it all online no problems but when it came to renewing that tried to over charge me and when I told them I had a better quote they weren't the most helpful and couldn't match it even though everything was the same if they had matched I would have stayed Reviewed on: 24th March 2015

Great Customer Service

I am impressed by the efficiency of the claims department representative who dealt with my claim after I wrote my car off. I was informed of the progress of my claim and it was handled very quickly. Reviewed on: 24th March 2015

They were reliable and helpful, though sadly couldn't pricematch when we came to renew - for customer care were otherwise great.

We spent a year with Admiral and had a multiple car policy with them, which was very convenient and well administered. However when renewing we needed to split the policy as it was more affordable, and although we spoke to Admiral they couldn't equal the prices we had been offered. Dissapointed with this years quote

Very disappointed that this year my quote has gone up on previous years! I have tried looking elsewhere and everyone else offers a similar price so I can't complain, but I expected a little more for my loyalty with them for the past 3 years. They paid for my smashed car no questions asked!

Insurance is usually a bad deal, but this one seems different as my wife got into a car accident and they called me direct and said not to worry as they were sending a check for a new car that day and it was overnight-ed. Really I am thankful for insurance now!! Reviewed on: 17th March 2015

Reasonable price for young driver (19 Years old), and dropped dramatically after a year!

Been with Admiral for 2 and a half years now for car insurance. For my first policy the price was reasonable, and compared to most well known insurance companies very low! After a year the price dropped significantly! It dropped by £800 to be exact. Had to change details to my policy and this was done over the phone with great ease.
