Multi policy with great app

I have my house and car insurance bundled together with Admiral. The app is easy to use and I am confident that Admiral will deliver if I need them as this was the first insurance company I used almost 40 years ago. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Diabolical customer service

Awful awful insurer to deal with Awful awful insurer to deal with. First they never ever get back to you, despite being told on the phone someone would contact me to discuss claim and complaint. Their excuse when I asked them to investigate was they couldn't locate the call recording so they can't comment/investigate. They really can't be bothered. Just got sent a generic letter that looked like a template someone was suppose to delete/select certain parts that person sending didn't even bother to do. Policies totally misleading, they don't honour hire car option that you pay for on the policy. Complaints process a joke. No confidence in them as an insurer, I went with them as they were supposed to give good customer service, but have to say worst service ever from an insurer, never have had any of these issues with other insurance companies/claims. DO NOT use Admiral, you will regret it if you ever have to make a claim, they really do not care about their customers at all. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Admiral is by far the best and the cheapest

RIP OFF

Last year my new car was scratched but cost of repair was paid by that third party who caused the damage. Renewal of policy added in excess of £1k. Tried other companies withholding above info and then advising them - ALL added in excess of £1k. What is the point of paying for protected “No Claims” Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

cheapest out there, would recommend

admiral was the cheapest option available for me, and continues to be. i’m very pleased with the number i was quoted, i think it reflects my excellent driving history and no-claims accurately, which makes me feel valued as a customer. luckily i haven’t had to make a claim yet so i can’t comment on the process, but i’ll be using admiral for the forseeable future.
