Admiral Car Insurance is amazing

I have been with Admiral for several years. Although I could find car insurance a little cheaper (last year it was £175 cheaper with another company), the level of customer service I have received from Admiral over the years has been outstanding. It will take a lot for me to leave Admiral, that's for certain. They are an amazing company and I highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Car insurance is exhausting.

It’s car insurance, it’s legally required so not being ripped off will always be a battle. Plus the fact that their auto renew offer is always 300% higher than the previous year until you call them is insulting. The yearly grief of doing whatever I can to save some money on car insurance is exhausting. I hate it. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Multi policy with great app

I have my house and car insurance bundled together with Admiral. The app is easy to use and I am confident that Admiral will deliver if I need them as this was the first insurance company I used almost 40 years ago. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Diabolical customer service

Awful awful insurer to deal with Awful awful insurer to deal with. First they never ever get back to you, despite being told on the phone someone would contact me to discuss claim and complaint. Their excuse when I asked them to investigate was they couldn't locate the call recording so they can't comment/investigate. They really can't be bothered. Just got sent a generic letter that looked like a template someone was suppose to delete/select certain parts that person sending didn't even bother to do. Policies totally misleading, they don't honour hire car option that you pay for on the policy. Complaints process a joke. No confidence in them as an insurer, I went with them as they were supposed to give good customer service, but have to say worst service ever from an insurer, never have had any of these issues with other insurance companies/claims. DO NOT use Admiral, you will regret it if you ever have to make a claim, they really do not care about their customers at all. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024
