Great service

Good insurance cover and easy-to-use app

Good insurance cover by a brand you know. Their app and website are easy to use and navigate around. Particularly liked the ability to add in a second car onto a multi-car policy part way through the policy term which was simple and easy to do and saved us money. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Always a fast, helpful service!

I have now been with Admiral for 3 years. I have contacted them multiple times about a variety of different issues (from car crashes to windscreen repairs). Every time I have been able to speak to a knowledgable, helpful assistant who has always been able to sort my current problem. The first time I needed to contact them (in my first year), I was involved in an accident where someone fell asleep at the wheel and it was a very terrifying ordeal. I called Admiral and the member of staff I spoke to helped me to calm and collect all the relevant details. They provided me with a brilliant courtesy car very quickly and managed to get my car fixed and back to me in no time. Even during my renewal, when I left it till the very last minute I spoke to an extremely helpful chap who assisted me with getting a brilliant deal for this years insurance. I feel confident being with Admiral that whatever situation I may be in they are at the end of the phone to help and on multiple occasions calm the situation - I will always HIGHLY recommend! Will always pick Admiral

There is always someone to help, and not a very long wait time to speak to someone. Cheap and affordable insurance and so easy to use the ‘my account’ option online to make changes. Will definitely be renewing with them. They’re the best in my opinion Reviewed on: 17th August 2022
