Best prices and excellent customer service

Me and my partner are grateful to Admiral insurance. This company was the cheapest when my partner took out insurance for first year, afterwards premiums went fairly down. We did had accident (not our fault) where Admiral suggested us a company to deal with the claim without paying excess! Claim went through fantastically, we got more money than the amount we paid for car! We have stayed with Admiral ever since. Our premiums are super low. Thank you, Admiral. Honest & Helpful

Every time I need to adjust my insurance for our cars end speak with a helpful operator. They allow me to explore my options and give me honest feedback in how to move my plan to a better deal. Good Customer Service

Always friendly and chatty, but phone line says it's open on weekends and it never actually is. I think admin fees are very outdated especially when it's for things that they could easily add onto the website for customers to do themselves. But overall reliable and good communication.
