Honest, good value and polite insurance company

I had to make a claim in March and Admiral were very reassuring and helpful and polite, They didn't make me feel uncomfortable even though the accident was my own fault and I was claiming for the other person's damage and they reassured me that they would get it sorted with the other's insurance company as I didn't have their details. Admiral were very helpful and friendly and I cam off the phonecall very happy with the service I received and reassured after being very nervous beforehand to call and make the claim. Amazing insurer

Admiral’s customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much hassle to their team, willing to help me reduce the price of my cover unlike others! Loads of fab add ons, temporary insurance etc so simple to set up on the account page. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Great Customer Service

I have always had outstanding customer service from Admiral - whether it's getting hold of a member of the team quickly after breaking down to getting helpful advice on their online chat forum when it came to changing my insurance over - they're always prompt and helpful. Their monthly newsletter is also very informative and is much better than getting constant random advertisement emails that normally end up in the spam folder. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Great insurance provider

Admiral we fantastic when I had two accidents (in the space of 24 hours) that weren't my fault. Spoke to 2 separate members of staff but both were equally great and guided and supported me on exactly what I needed to do.
