Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance company I've used

Very easy to deal with. Extremely competitive rates. The only insurance provider I've ever had send me a renewal quote cheaper than my current policy. I would recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Affordable,easy to apply for , hassle free.

Changed to admiral insurance as it was a lot less money than my previous provider. One thing that really stood out for me was the breakdown cover, being a young female driving alone I wanted the best cover available, Admiral provided that with other extras and was still cheaper than my previous cover.
